What is a drawing? Does it have to be made with a pencil? Inspired by the exhibition “The Immediate Touch: German, Austrian, and Swiss Drawings from St. Louis Collections, 1946–2007,” we’ll see and make drawings using all kinds of materials—let’s experiment! On June 6, we’ll be joined by keepers from the Saint Louis Zoo and their animal friends for a day of drawing from life. You’ll find us outdoors near the South Wing Entrance, so be sure to bring a hat and sunscreen. Sculpture Hall. Free. For more information, please call 314.721.0072 or visit ww.slam.org.
