Grand jury looking into charges against Outlook magazine publisher ST. LOUIS-A grand jury is looking into charges involving credit card fraud against Dustin Mitchell, publisher of Outlook magazine. Mitchell was arrested Saturday, Sept. 24 after a customer of Red Robin restaurant, where Mitchell worked, reported a stolen credit card to Des Peres police. According to the police report, the card was used to purchase some $580 worth of items at Kitchen Conservatory, including a pizza oven. Mitchell is charged with fraud involving a credit card device and with forgery. During a preliminary hearing Oct. 4, Mitchell pled not guilty. His bond is set at $10,000 and he needs to come up with $1,000 to be released. Although Outlook magazine has not been recently seen around St. Louis, a caller from the jail, claiming to be Mitchell, said he was still publishing it. The caller also said that Mitchell was no longer behind bars, but a call to the jail confirmed he is still locked up. The caller also asserted that the arrest came after he was pulled over for speeding.
